Upon entering the salon, you’ll find the atmosphere to be very appealing, clean & very well managed. There are currently nine rooms with the space available to build a tenth room if ever needed. Three of the rooms are used for other purposes such as a fully operating laundry room, a Spray Room for spray tanning and a play room for the owners small children. The other six rooms are currently used for the beds.
The beds are the most unique within the Carrollton area. They are Norwegian beds and extremely high-tech. The three Onyx Beds have facial tanners, shoulder tanners along with three levels of body cooling. There are two X5 Turbo Beds with one having the LED Facial Rejuvenation Lamp that reduces lines and wrinkles while tanning the face. This option, of course, appeals to a market of individuals that most tanning salons don’t cater to. The sixth bed is an X7 Turbo bed offering, like the other two turbo beds, 3 levels of facial cooling, 3 levels of body cooling, 3 levels of facial tanning, interactive voice responses to all buttons, and piping which removes the heat up and out of the building which makes the salon much more pleasant than other salons.
The salon software that is currently used to control the beds, timing, customer base and sales is leased for $175 per month but can also be purchased out right for approximately $1,200.
A complete inventory of product will be taken at time of closing and paid to the Owner, in full. All equipment, furniture and decorations are included in the purchase price.
